Commissions

General terms:
- Please be nice and respectful.- Please provide proper references.- I can refuse any commission, without any explanation.- Any inappropriate behaviour and I’ll cancel the commission. In some cases you will be excluded from future commissions.

Payments:
- Payment by Paypal only.- Full prepayment required.- Super detailed characters/props may cost more.- Currency accepted is Euros (€)- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Process:
- I will provide WIPs if asked for.- The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 3 weeks and 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.- I do not work with deadlines.- When I finish your commission I will send it to you by mail to keep the quality !

Revisions:
- In the rough sketch phase you'll have as many revisions as needed.- In the clean sketch phase on you can only change minor things (nothing too impactful on the pose)- During and after colouring I will only accept small adjustments regarding the colour.- Great changes in the clean sketch phase and onwards might come with a fee.

Copyright:
Commissioners are allowed to:
- Use the artwork for personal/non-commercial use.
- Post it with proper credit.
 
I as the artist am allowed to:
- Post the artwork & its process on my social media, use it for promotion, or in my portfolio.
- Sell prints/other merchandise (however I'm not allowed to sell the
rights for making prints/merch to anyone else)
 
Commercial rights:
- You can buy the commercial rights for a extra fee that will be discussed beforehand and based on the expected income the piece will make.
-You'll then be able to sell prints or merchandise with the commissioned piece.

Cancellation & refund policy:
- I can cancel a commission at any time, in that case there will be a 100% refund.- If you cancel the commission during sketch process, there will be an 85% refund, if you cancel it after that stage, it will go down to a 60% refund.- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

- Fetishes
- Hateful art
- Imitation of other art styles or artists
- NSFW
- Political art
- Very heavy gore
- Realistic gore
- Characters that aren't yours, unless given permissionI don't have much experience with it but I could try!
- Mecha (not recommended lmao)
- Anthros/furries (I think I could do good)
- Ferals/animals (I have a bit more experience (and example) with those!)
